Lighted House Number Plaque Led Light up Horizontal Waterproof Exterior

The sign itself is a quality product. The instruction for hard wiring the sign to house wiring is sufficiently diagrammed.
However, I bought this sign solely because it has a "Solar option" - which is the most expensive option.
The diagram for solar wiring seems simple but it doesn't work as drawn.
When I asked the company IN CHINA about this they responded with instructions on hard wiring to the house and resending a site showing the same very difficult to read instruction that came in the package. There's a separate piece of paper that has writing so small it can't be read with even a magnifying glass.
The Company responded that they don't HAVE a Solar option - despite having a tiny photovoltaic cell included in the shipment.
This is where not speaking English sufficiently interferes with customer service.
If the Company cannot provide clearly articulated solar wiring instructions so I can put it into operation where I intended the whole sign is useless to me.
If more DETAILED and ACCURATE Solar wiring instructions can be provided it will be very attractive and worth the cost.
If not the sign is totally useless to me.

I got the full address lighted and I absolutely love it! Nitpicking, but I do wish the edges were painted or otherwise covered from projecting light. When approaching from about any angle, you can see the individual lights. The whole piece is designed to not have It's light sources be obvious, which it very much does. I've considered painting the edges myself. It would go one step further to perfection! I love it either way.

Light looks to be very well made and it looks great!

This is for a mailbox house number. I ordered two, one for each side of the mailbox and initially only one was sent to me by mistake. Once the 2nd one arrived last week it is too cold to pour the concrete foundation to build the stone mailbox post so I haven't used this yet to know how well it works, but it looks good so far.
