How long does shipping take?

We usually need about 1 week to produce your item. Standard shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, and express shipping delivers within 1 week.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number is updated on the website quickly and we will email you the tracking information automatically.

Can I return or cancel my order?

All of our products are custom made for you, so we do not accept cancellations or returns for non-defective items. If your product has a quality issue, we will replace it for free.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. We replace the product or parts for free within the warranty period. After the first year, you only pay the cost of the replacement parts.
