Arrived quickly and as ordered. Installed easily and without issues. Appears to be good quality.

The only complaint I have, no washers and nuts are missing for mounting to a steel plate. And the template has the holes already punched, so no center of the hole is available.

These are the best! three holes vs multi. number installation issues. Came with the Template, too. Love the shadow line of the street name on the wall. Ordering more for my other properties.
