Great update to our home. Chic, modern and bright looking sign

The house sign looks great! Would be helpful if instructions of use installation and use were on bigger sized insert and available on the web. Price on the web is also deceiving because all home signs are 'customized', so they should show pricing per characters. Had to get an electrician to install it. Recommended getting the bluetooth connectivtry to set the open/shut times if you want but it is very limited and wish they had dusk to dawn in the app.
Otherwise it looks very pretty

Great sign, poor software

The house number light box I ordered from HelloNeonSign arrived on time and looks great. We really like it - however one of the reasons I chose the product I did was because it was advertised as having software that allows us to set a timer on the light. The instructions for the software were very tiny - we had to use a magnifying app to read them. They were also poorly written and the software is not intuitive. There are some aspects of the software (such as playing music?) that make no sense with regard to the product. We have never been able to get the timer to work, and so have had to just manually turn the light on and off. I would not purchase the product again due to that limitation.

Great sign! Easy install. Fast shipping

I knew I would love the sign, but dreaded the installation. I shouldn’t have. It was easy. I had a preexisting transformer that lit my previous address sign in place and it was a matter of changing it from AC to DC with their supplied transformer. They are easy to work with and answered my questions. Highly recommend!

Looks nice but

The dusk to dawn sensor is useless because it is right beside the edge of the sign where light comes out. So it shuts off and come back on about every 45 seconds. I had to put it on “always on” which is wasting energy during the day. Pretty easy to install.
